Is the registration necessary?
Yes, it is. During the registration you must fill in: Name, surname and personal identification code of the person who has bank account in Lithuania, and the account number in Lithuania too (later you can edit this information)

How long does exchange take?
The exchange is made in 24 hours (if there is enough money in you account), litas transaction can be delayed because bank working hours (some banks do not make transfers after 5 p.m. or during the weekends)

How is exchange made?
Electronic money transfer:
You fill in all spaces in the form http://buxarexchange.ru/sub.php .
You press confirmation button.
You will be transferred into payment systems website to make the payment, and you will receive ordered amount after 24 hours
Electronic money purchase:
You fill in all spaces in the form http://buxarexchange.ru/add.php .
You press confirmation button.
The system will provide you with the account for the money transfer. During 2 hours you must transfer to us the showed amount and press confirmation link near the order in the users profile. After this you will receive the ordered amount.

I have paid, but I did not receive any money, why?
It is possible, that you have entered erroneous account number or the error in the server occurred. In any case, please do notify us as soon as possible about this (if the transfer time exceeds the one stated in the conditions) via feedback panel or phone (sms or call (only russian or lithuanian language)).

I am using Hansa bank and I got the confirmation that transfer is made, but after one hour I still did not received the money?
We did not have enough money in out Hansa account so we have made transfer from another bank, so this is transfer via banks, in this way you will receive money next day
