Yes it is. Registrating for the МВ selling: Name, Surname, MB account, browse passport copy and MB account copy. Registrating for MB purchase you need to enter name and surname.

We try to make exchange in 24 hours, but as it happens without our participations, just with our control, the delays are possible.

How is exchange made?
Willing to sell in profile chose «MoneyBookers sell» (http://buxarexchange.ru/mbOut.php). Fill in all spaces in the form and browse MB transfer history copy and confirm that you got acquainted with the usage agreement. The administrator will check your order and if it is confirmed, you will get access to MB purchase orders (MB exchange operations http://buxarexchange.ru/opMb.php ). Purchasing MB chose « MoneyBookers purchase» (http://buxarexchange.ru/mbIn.php) We make and pay, then wait for MB. When you receive payment, you must confirm this.
